Your new pack content will now be available in-game.

After the installation is finished, click The Sims 4 and then Play to launch the game.

Find the pack you want to install and click Download.

Click the Expansion Packs, Game Packs, or Stuff Packs tab depending on what pack you bought.

Enter the product code, and click Next.

In the drop-down menu, choose Redeem Product Code.

Click the Games menu at the top of the screen.

Enter the product code, click Next, and then Confirm.

After the installation is complete, click The Sims 4 and then Play to launch the game.

Click Expansion Packs, Game Packs, or Stuff Packs, and you’ll see what extra content you currently own.

Click on the More menu to access the dropdown list of extra content.Right-click on The Sims 4 Base Game image and click Show Game Details.

After the installation is complete, you’ll see your new content in-game the next time you launch The Sims 4.

If you own a pack and it hasn’t automatically installed, click the Download icon.

Click Add-ons to see which packs you currently own.

Open your Library and click on The Sims 4.

If prompted, log in using your EA Account info.
